Payment
In the 2 weeks following enrollment, families must complete an enrollment confirmation form and select a payment plan. Payments will be automatically charged to your credit card according to the payment schedule that you select. If your form is not submitted within 2 weeks of your enrollment, we reserve the right cancel your spot. Families that elect to pay in full by check must mail payment within 2 weeks of submitting the application.
Cancellation/Refund Policy
Cancellations made more than 2 weeks before the start of your session are fully refundable. Cancellations made less than 2 weeks before the start of your session will receive a full refund minus a $100 cancellation fee per cancelled session. There will be no refunds for no shows.
Absences
There are no make-ups for student absences. If your child misses one or two days, we will try to provide some extra help during remaining class time. Please notify the supervisor either prior to the absence or upon your child’s return to class. If a child misses 3 or more classes due to illness a credit will be issued for the days missed.
Sickness
If your child is sick they must stay home. If a child misses 3 or more classes due to illness a credit will be issued for the days missed.
Withdrawals
If a child withdraws from lessons, after attending the first two days of class, a credit will be issued for the days missed.
Thunderstorms
When thunderstorms are in the immediate pool area, class may be delayed or cancelled. However, on stormy days, please plan to come to class as usual. Storms often pass quickly, and we may only be out of the pool for a short time. We use this opportunity to give safety talks. If we miss more than half of a class due to weather, we will try to make up the missed time by adding a Saturday make-up or lengthening class time. If we miss more than half of a class and we are unable to schedule a makeup, a refund will be given for the time missed. If less than half of a class is missed no refund will given.
Road Flooding
In case of flooding on Beckley Mills Rd., we will meet you at the start of the road and re-route you to the pool. Classes on those days will start fifteen minutes later than usual for the entire day.
