Registration is done by telephone appointment.  
         

how to schedule your appointment

• Use the link below that corresponds to the number of years your family has attended our program.  The link will bring you to a scheduling app.
• Then, using the scheduling app, pick a date and time for your enrollment appointment.
• When you have selected the date and time of your call, you must click “schedule event” to confirm your appointment.  This will bring you to a confirmation screen and send you a confirmation email.
• We will then call you at your scheduled time to discuss enrollment options.

How do I know my family years attended?

• If you have been to our program before, you are in our system and should receive our emails with registration instructions as we get close to February 5th. Within those emails, we will include your family years. Emails come from sosoffice@theschoolofswimming.com. If your family is new to the program, select new family.

What if I am not available on February 5th to book my appointment?

• We start taking appointments at 6:00pm on February 5th, but you can make your appointment anytime thereafter. Also, all you will need is your contact information, so someone else could enter your name and contact information to book your phone appointment time.

Do I need to know my swim level when I schedule my phone appointment?

• No, on February 5th, you will only need your contact information to book the phone appointment. We will discuss swim level and availability at the time of your phone call. We keep swim levels on record, so we will have that information at the time of your call.

I have multiple children I am looking to sign up, but not all of them have been before. Do I book two different appointments, one for a new family and one for the returning child?

• No, only book one appointment per immediate family. Family years are the total number of years anyone in your immediate family has been before. If the person you are looking to sign up has never been before but you have x amount of family years, click the link for that many years.

How long is the phone call?

• The phone call is about 10-15 minutes.

When will I be able to see the dates and times of the sessions?

• You can currently see our session schedule by clicking on the session schedule tab of our website. You will not be selecting your swim session dates when you book your phone appointment on February 5th. We will discuss availability and session dates during your registration phone call.

If my child is enrolled in Camp eagle Feather, do I need to book a phone appointment to sign them up for lessons?

• Camp Eagle Feather campers will get lessons as part of the camp program and you do not need to book a phone appointment to sign them up for camp lessons. If you would like to sign your child up for additional lessons, aside from the lessons they will get at camp, then yes, you should book a phone appointment.

What if I am an adult?

• Adults book their lessons the same way using the phone appointment. If you have a child or family member that has been before, you can click your corresponding number of family years. If this is your first time with our program, select new family.
